If you're sick of your life feeling defined by what you're eating or not eating, wishing you could stop bingeing, or wanting to feel less obsessive about your diet and body, let us help guide you towards a more flexible, compassionate relationship with food, and yourself.
who we are:
We are a group of one therapist and two dietitians :) who believe there's so much more life available to us when we ditch the diet mentality, stop restricting food, change the way we think about bodies, and actually start living according to our values and who we are, inside.
Over the 6-week group session, we will guide you in exploring your relationship with food and your body.
We'll help you challenge rules and fears, adopt healthier thoughts around food, practice compassion and care for your body, learn how to eat more intuitively and flexibly, and guide you towards letting go of the beliefs you hold about your body.
All with weekly group support from folks going through a similar experience.
