ABOUT US
We are Health At Every Size® (HAES®)-aligned providers committed to size inclusivity
and rejecting diet culture
We are a group of one therapist and two dietitians who believe there's so much more life available to us when we ditch the diet mentality, care for our bodies without the noise of rules and trendy ways of eating, and challenge the narratives we hold about our self-worth being based on the size and shape of our body.
There's a saying that how you eat is how you do everything. We want to help your relationship with food feel more flexible, intuitive, and caring.
Because maybe your self-talk and relationship with everything else can soften, too, as a result.

GOALS
Over the 5-week group session, we will guide you in exploring your relationship with food and your body.
We'll help you challenge rules and fears, adopt healthier thoughts around food, practice compassion and care for your body, learn how to eat more intuitively and flexibly, and guide you towards letting go of the beliefs you hold about your body.
All with weekly group support from folks going through a similar experience.

*Food & Body Group does not provide the appropriate level of support for those struggling with an active eating disorder and/or are in the early stage of eating disorder recovery.
Eating disorders require medical, nutritional and therapeutic support and stabilization before implementing elements of Intuitive Eating.
